In 2020, during the Covid pandemic, I started the MakeFest program to provide an opportunity for students at the German School in Geneva, including my daughter, to do fun projects together, even if they could not meet in person, while learning to make better use of their computers and becoming better problem-solvers.
In the years since, I have given over 50 MakeFest courses, welcoming participants from different schools and countries, continuously refining the program and always looking for better ways of engaging and empowering the participants.
